The journey of 'GlassFenHarbor' began with a dream to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The venture, initiated by the Rossi family in 1985, opened as a quaint family-owned pizza shop carrying recipes passed down from ancestors.
'Marco Rossi', the progenitor of our establishment, mastered the pizza-making craft by apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. Returning to the UK imbued with the spirit of Italian cuisine, she strived to offer an authentic pizza experience rooted in classic techniques and premium ingredients.
Initially a cozy 12-seat eatery, we have since evolved into a treasured local brand without compromising on quality and authenticity. Our traditional wood-fired ovens, daily-crafted dough, and select ingredients attest to our unwavering standards.
At present, 'GlassFenHarbor' is still maintained by the Rossi's descendants, overseeing our devoted team. Though modern touches have been adopted, our essence remains unchanged: crafting sumptuous, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
